We want to thank all of the families who joined us on Saturday, May 18th at Van Saun Park. It was an absolutely wonderful day! The CHD Coalition united over 100 individuals from our CHD community to socialize and enjoy family activities. Parents were able to meet other Heart Families, while the children had fun at the Bergen County Zoo and train ride. Everyone had a great time!

The CHD Coalition realizes that providing support to families outside of the hospital is just as important as inside the hospital. You are not alone. Each of us has a story to share about our CHD Journey. We are here to be a resource and to inspire hope. For this reason, the CHD Coalition hosts multiple events throughout the year at no cost to the families.
