Mix, Mingle & Paint!
Would you like to connect with other heart moms from Northern NJ, and enjoy a nice afternoon sharing stories while painting a beautiful picture? This is a mix and mingle for us "Moms" to get to know other moms going through the same struggles of having a child, or losing a child, to their congenital heart defect. There is no need to know anyone else going, it's just us "Moms," and we will have the chance to make new friends with a very special bond.

Tips from Uptown Art:
Parking: We suggest you park in the First Ave. parking lot adjacent to our building. We also have ample street parking. All time limits expire at 6:00 PM. Please do not park in the "church" lot across the street as that is actually reserved condo parking. Street parking is one hour only up until 6:00 PM. Sundays there are no restrictions on time.
Clothing: We provide aprons for all, but do wear something that won't be "ruined" if you get a spot of paint on it. The paint is permanent on clothing. We recommend all guests in our studio wear an apron.
BYOB: We provide ice, wine glasses and beer mugs, openers, and a refrigerator. If you are running late, or running out, a well-stocked liquor store is located around the corner on Broadway. In NJ BYOB is wine and beer only.
Food: Included in your price of $40 is a salad, finger foods and non alcoholic beverages.
Due to lack of space in the room we have reserved, and due to the nature of the event, no children are permitted in the studio. This is a Moms only event.
